The operatic works (Orphée, Faust, I’d rather sink)performed by the company Miroirs Etendus bring together any artists hailing from many different fields of today. The works often focus on combining the ensemble’s acoustic prowess with electronic music and various sound techniques.

The very daring version of Romitelli’s An Index of Metals with the singer Linda Olah was premiered at the Nouveau Siècle in Lille, and then replayed at the Opéra de Rouen before being performed at the mythical Berlin night-club, the Kantine am Berghaim (this time in a stage version directed by Aliénor Dauchez).

Since September 2019, Fiona is «Artist in Residence » of the Orchestre National de Bretagne, assisting Grant Llewellyn, the orchestra’s Principal Conductor.

During the 2020-21 season, Fiona will conduct two new productions with the Orchestre National de Bretagne. In october 2020, she will make her debut with the Orchestre National de Montpellier.

In December 2020, a version of Beethoven’s Triple Concerto will be performed at the Opéra de Rouen Normandie, with Fiona conducting Miroirs Etendus from her violin. The same concert will also see Fiona conducting the Wesendonck Lieder and the four overtures of the Wagner Ring Cycle for chords and eletronics (arranged by Othman Louati).
